<h2>Key Speaker</h2>Stefanie Brooks, Head of People, Instil SoftwareStefanie has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, more recently working within the Technology Industry in a growing software company as Head of People. Previous industry experience includes hospitality where she won HR Manager of the Year at the Institute of Hospitality Awards, and the news and media industry, amongst others.Having accidentally fallen into HR after taking an administration post in a recruitment agency after completing her GCSEs in school, Stefanie quickly realised she had the ability to quickly build relationships with clients and employees and quickly enrolled in a CIPD Level 3 course at Belfast Metropolitan College. Since then, Stefanie has continued her studies over the years, completing CIPD Level 5 and 7 qualifications with DMS Ireland. She has never looked backed and believes her success in her career to date has been down to her passion for the employee journey and the ability to help others’ career development.
