For all University of Portsmouth Research and Academic Staff
Working with academic, commercial or 3rd sector partners can give you access to resources and expertise that go well beyond what you can achieve working along or with a small circle of fellow academics. This workshop will explore how people and organizations start working together. The session will enable participants to look into some of the challenges of reaching out to others and getting will take a step-by-step approach to understand the stages in the collaboration process. The session will also look at how you can use the relationships built up during one project to build longer-term strategic partnerships and maximize outcomes.
