Do I need to bring anything with me ?

Everything will be provided, however, if you have a favourite brush or colour palette , please bring along .

Is there disabled access ?

Yes, the workshop is held in the Drawing Room on the ground floor .  There is also designated disabled parking spots .

Is a sound bath suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

There are some contraindications, for example if you have a pacemaker, inner ear infection, a health concern related to dizziness and balance , the first trimester of pregnancy.   Please contact Gayle if you need further clarification contact your health practitioner.

Tea, coffee and Water is available included in your ticket .

Do I need any art experience?

As the art is guided it’s not restricted to having an art skill set , the ability to have an open mind to your subconscious creativity is as important.
