A walking tour of Waterloo, one of Liverpool's suburbs, exploring its historical and architectural development from the Georgian period to present day incorporating two Conservation Areas - Christ Church and Waterloo. The tour starts and ends at the Royal Hotel on Marine Terrace, which opened in 1816 as the Royal Waterloo Hotel to commemorate the first anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo and give its name to the area.

Start Time: 5.45 for 6.00pm

Event Finish Time: 7.30pm

How to get there
By Merseyrail train to Waterloo station on the Northern Line. This is five minutes' walk from the Royal Hotel.

Roadside parking also available in the vicinity.
