Join us for an indepth workshop on exporting and importing post-Brexit.
From 1 January 2021 the rules of moving goods between the UK and Europe are changing. There will be new systems, processes and cost requirements, and all businesses should be prepared in advance for these changes.
This online workshop will help you prepare for the new rules of moving goods between UK and Europe. Hosted by a trade expert and tailored to our industry, it will consider the process of navigating goods through the new borders (including the cost obligations) and the implications of the procedures for seller and buyer.
During this session, we will address:

- Post-Brexit export and import procedures

- Cost and risk obligations of seller and buyer
- The use of agents and third parties
- Duties and taxes
- The impact of origin of goods
- Deal/no deal scenarios

Business Training Ltd have provided export-import training for public and private companies, Chambers of Commerce, UK Trade and Investment since 1975. Your host will be owner Peter Thompson who has 20 years commercial experience in the logistics and financial aspects of international trade in the building services, civil engineering and energy sectors.
