Get ready to dive into a safe, creative and intentional online event where you'll explore your feelings and connect with yourself through paint No experience needed, just bring yourself, a canvas or page and paintbrushes. It is a safe space to bring your whole self and to be present while creating.

Before the session participants will be given the opportunity to add a song to the co created playlist that we will listen to while painting.

We will start with an introduction talk followed by space with music and paint and then we will finish with a a meditation and an optional share from everyone. This workshop is an opportunity to connect to experiences or emotions that you do not have the words for yet but want to express through paint.
