Agenda 6:30-6:50pm Arrival &amp; Networking6:50-7: Group Introductions 7-7:25: Extempore Demo and Training 7:30-~8: Extempore Contest8 onwards close and networkingIn this event we are delighted to bring back our Extempore Compteition. Extempore which means a speech without preperation is a JCI tradition. Hosted in Manchesters Iconic Public House - The Wharf in Castlefield. We will spend the evening learning a bit more about this technique, giving people a chance to practice and the enter the competition at the end of the evening. The contest which will be open to all who want to enter on night will be decided by a judging panel. The winner will:<ul><li>Win a single ticket to attend the MYTA ceremony</li><li>Be asked to present the Global Citizen Award at the ceremoney with an accompanying 1 minute speech </li></ul>We welcome both JCI and non JCI members to partake in the event and competition. JCI is a global organisation devoted to providing development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. From helping make new connections, putting on training events and celebrating excellence, it has been going for over 100 years and is active in over 100 countries.
