In this online educational seminar for GPs, Miss Sonia Mall will discuss eye emergencies most frequently seen in general practice, including eye pain, sensitivity to light, changes in vision like wavy lines or flashing and very red eyes.

She will offer advice on how best to diagnose common eye problems, as well as giving guidance on treatment plans for your patients.


About the speaker

Miss Sonia Mall is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with knowledge and expertise in the use of toric and multifocal intraocular lens implants. Her sub-specialty areas of focus are medical retina and cataract surgery, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease and retinal vein occlusions.

She is an experienced Surgeon and has performed over 10,000 cataract surgeries with excellent results. She also has knowledge and expertise of the use of premium intraocular lens implants. Miss Mall also provides services in Glaucoma, Uveitis and General Ophthalmology.
