***This workshop will be delivered over four days, an hour each day over Zoom video conferencing; Tuesday 27 April 9:30-10:30am; Wednesday 28 April 9:30-10:30am, Thursday 29 April 9:30-10:30am, Friday 30 April 9:30-10:30am. If you have a group already, but no body likes or comments on the content and membership growth has stopped then this workshop is for you. If you don't have a Facebook group yet, or have created one and don't really understand how it works and how to attract people to join and grow the group then this workshop will show you how.This workshop will take you through step-by-step how to create and manage an engaging and successful Facebook group for your business.A Facebook group that will help you generate leads and increase engagement as well as keep in contact with your existing and potential customers. This is what we'll be covering:Session 1, Tuesday.<ul><li>How Facebook groups work and how to effectively use Facebook groups to grow your business</li></ul><ul><li>Identifying your target market and creating group objectives to attract these members</li></ul><ul><li>Setting up your Facebook group so that it ranks high in the Facebook searches and is restricted to attract your target market </li></ul><ul><li>Customising your URL to help market your Facebook group</li></ul>Session 2, Wednesday.<ul><li>Review of previous session</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding the settings and how to use them to help you manage your group</li></ul><ul><li>Adding rules and regulations for your group members to manage interactions and what content can and can't be posted</li></ul><ul><li>Linking your Facebook group to your Facebook page to increase visibility and adding tags so that your group gets found by your target market </li></ul><ul><li>Adding group admins and moderators who can help manage your Facebook group</li></ul>Session 3. Thursday<ul><li>Review of previous session</li></ul><ul><li>Inviting people to join your Facebook group and marketing it to increase membership</li></ul><ul><li>Creating paid or free events in your Facebook group that members can attend </li></ul><ul><li>How to create content that gets a high reach, engaging your members and keeps them active in the group</li></ul><ul><li>Planning and scheduling content in advance to create consistent posts</li></ul>Session 4. Friday<ul><li>Review of previous sessions</li></ul><ul><li>Engaging in your group to keep your members happy and active</li></ul><ul><li>Moderating your group when someone breaks the rules or is monopolising the group with their content</li></ul><ul><li>Removing disruptive or inactive members </li></ul><ul><li>How to use the data and analytics to monitor the performance of your group and other useful functions to help you manage your group</li></ul>Throughout the week, we'll be adapting your Facebook group to appeal to your target client and showing you how to grow your group, generate rapport and manage your members. By the end of the week you will have created a Facebook group that will appeal to your ideal client and a clear understanding of how to grow and manage it.
