<h1>Facilitating Transformational Journeys</h1><h4>7-week comprehensive online course</h4> Join a dynamic community to shape innovative approaches that tackle the challenges of our interconnected world.This online course uses a range of thinking tools to engage change across diverse voices. We focus on extending our capacity for complex thinking and facilitating community decision-making.We must move beyond a misplaced faith in technological solutions or heroic attempts to 'return to nature'. We cannot turn back the time of human experience, but we can access new levels of creative and innovative thinking to deal with increasingly complex situations and assumptions.We invite you to consider your current patterns of practice and explore regenerative approaches with fellow participants. This course introduces the ideas underpinning H3Uni's work and supports you in an ongoing collaboration with a wide network of fellow explorers.Over seven weeks, you will participate in seven two-hour sessions to learn the basics of these methods, tools, and skills. This is an opportunity to transform your thinking capacity.NB! <h2>Course Outline</h2>The FTJ course will run from 31st January - 13th March 2024 and will consist of 7 online sessions of 120 minutes each.The sessions are held weekly from 11 AM -1 PM NZDT online on Zoom on Wednesday morning <h3>Session outline</h3>The course sessions are each made up of the following components:<ul><li>In-session explanation and dialogue with your hosts.</li><li>Facilitated exercises to apply the concepts and methods.</li><li>Feedback discussion and coaching using Zoom break-outs.</li><li>Learning assignments between sessions.</li><li>An asynchronous chat forum for course members with occasional coaching input</li><li>Introduction to the <a href="https://www.h3uni.org/resource-library/" title="https://www.h3uni.org/resource-library/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">H3Uni Resource Library</a> and wider H3Uni learning network.</li></ul> The session framework is interconnected and developed in response to previous student learning. The participation is restricted to 24 individuals to enable interaction, distinguishing it from a typical webinar or lecture. The sessions incorporate visual facilitation and engagement to develop relationships across the group. To make this possible we recommend you participate with a large screen with as high a resolution screen as possible. Course participation by mobile phone may not support the bandwidth for pattern thinking so a computer or large tablet is recommended. She understands the power of personal change and the value of working with our interconnectedness. She works with stakeholders to consciously grow personal and project potential and business outcomes. <h3>Phil Tate</h3>Phil is an experienced futurist and regenerative practitioner with over a decade of expertise as an independent foresight consultant. A member of the Association of Professional Futurists, he specialises in guiding individuals and organisations through future landscapes and identifying systemic approaches for sustained business success. He has had a diverse career spanning 30 years, ranging from senior positions in large corporations to owning small businesses. This unique blend of experience and training equips them to bring strategic foresight and regenerative thinking to varied audiences.
