<h3>Facilitating Transformational Journeys Deep Pacific Edition</h3><h2>Introductory Webinar to the upcoming Course</h2>This webinar is an introduction to H3Uni's online course that will start in January 2024.Phil and Wendy will host the Facilitating Transformational Journeys webinar on two different time slots:<ul><li>Wednesday 15th November 8:00 am-9:00 am NZDT (Tuesday 14th September, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm GMT)</li><li>Wednesday 15th November 3:00 pm-4:00 pm NZDT (Wednesday 14th September, 2:00 am – 3:00 am GMT)</li></ul>Please choose your preferred session and double-check the time in your region.

<h2>The Course</h2>Join a dynamic community to shape innovative approaches that tackle the challenges of our interconnected world.This online course uses a range of thinking tools to engage change across diverse voices. We focus on extending our capacity for complex thinking and facilitating community decision-making.We must move beyond a misplaced faith in technological solutions or heroic attempts to 'return to nature'. We cannot turn back the time of human experience, but we can access new levels of creative and innovative thinking to deal with increasingly complex situations and assumptions.We invite you to consider your current patterns of practice and explore regenerative approaches with fellow participants. This course introduces the ideas underpinning H3Uni's work and supports you in an ongoing collaboration with a wide network of fellow explorers.Over six weeks, you will participate in seven two-hour sessions to learn the basics of these methods, tools, and skills. This is an opportunity to transform your thinking capacity.<h3>Course and session outline</h3>START DATE : New Zealand 31st January 2024The course sessions are each made up of the following components:<ul><li>In-session explanation and dialogue with your hosts.</li><li>Facilitated exercises to apply the concepts and methods.</li><li>Feedback discussion and coaching using Zoom break-outs.</li><li>Learning assignments between sessions.</li><li>An asynchronous chat forum for course members with occasional coaching input</li><li>Introduction to the <a href="https://www.h3uni.org/resource-library/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">H3Uni Resource Library</a> and wider H3Uni learning network.</li></ul>The session framework is interconnected and developed in response to previous student learning. The participation is restricted to 24 individuals to enable interaction, distinguishing it from a typical webinar or lecture. The sessions incorporate visual facilitation and engagement to develop relationships across the group.To make this possible we recommend you participate with a large screen with as high a resolution screen as possible. She understands the power of personal change and the value of working with our interconnectedness. She works with stakeholders to consciously grow personal and project potential and business outcomes.<h3>Phil Tate</h3>As a trained futurist and regenerative practitioner, Phil helps our people explore their futures by assessing critical drivers of change and how these may combine to drive different outcomes. He assists organizations to anticipate future business sustainability needs and how they may develop further to become regenerative.
