Aim:

A brief interactive introduction to Facilitation Skills for Advisers and Support Advisers. This skill is a key element in working in partnership and building success in programmes such as Biodiversity Net gain and Nature Recovery Networks.


Duration: 2 hours.

Learning Objectives:


· Understand what facilitation is.

· Develop basic facilitation skills.

· Develop confidence to establish clear expectations.


The course will be delivered by experienced trainers from Interaction who deliver the senor leadership programme for Environmental Collaborative Leadership Programme. This course dovetails into this leadership programme and is an excellent starting point for those looking for a long term development journey.
