Overview

Learn how to make cool animations and games.

Join us for a six-week block of lessons where we'll explore Scratch to create some amazing animations and games!

Scratch is a drag-and-drop programming tool to create animations.

When you sign up you're committing to attend a six week block of hour-long workshops every Saturday from 8th November.

This is a small group session taking place in Falkirk Library's computer suite. Children must be aged 8 or over.

Booking

When you book you'll be asked a few simple questions about the attendee so we can gauge their experience.

If you want to book on a second child, please complete a second booking.

First meeting

At the first meeting we need guardians to hang around briefly at the start so we can sign you child up for the Scratch website. If you've already been using Scratch, please bring log in details with you.

Weekly attendance

Each session builds on the previous session's knowledge, so weekly attendance will let your child get the best out of the club. If for any reason you need to miss a week, please let us know, otherwise we will remove your child from the block to allow someone else to attend. Call 01324 503605, or email falkirklibactivities@falkirk.gov.uk.
