Family Forest Bathing Cornwall

A creative and bonding experience

I offer a Family forest bathing experience where we explore connection with ourselves and our environment through mindfulness and meeting the forest. I hold the space so that you can take quality time to bond and connect with your family. There is a small studio here at the farm where, after our walk we have a cuppa and get creative, making music, art and craft. Come and meet the sheep and cows too. I have many years of experience with children and groups and work as a facilitator and teacher in schools all over Cornwall and Devon. I also run music for well being sessions in special schools and I love to work with people of all ages. There are beautiful woodlands here, you can book a cozy shepards hut (max 2 and a small one) and in the spring and summer months there are camping facilities. I regulary work with co facilitator and artist Kate to deliver quality making and painting experiences. We look forward to welcoming you. Concessions are available as are a reduced fee for single parents.
