Overview

A fun, empowering evening covering everything from dryness and leaks to lubes, pelvic floors and vaginal care- served with tea and flapjacks

You've had a vagina your whole life—so why does it still feel like no one told you how to look after it?

Whether you're dealing with dryness, recurring infections, irritation, leaks, or just feeling a bit disconnected from down there, you're not broken and you're not alone. You just need better info. And that's exactly what this evening is all about.

Fannies and Flapjacks is a relaxed, honest event that makes vaginal & pelvic health make sense—without the awkward silences, the embarrassment, or the over-medicalised nonsense. Just evidence-based, straight-talking support from someone who's genuinely passionate about helping women live well, confidently, and comfortably.

(And yes, there will be flapjacks!)

Led by registered nurse and women's health & fitness coach Emily Spillman, this event brings together expert insight and warm community connection. Because caring for your vaginal health & pelvic floor shouldn't be confusing, embarrassing, or something you just "put up with."

Who is it for?

  • Women of all ages wanting to understand and support their pelvic health
  • Those experiencing incontinence, prolapse, or other pelvic floor concerns
  • Curious minds who love science, sisterhood, and flapjacks

What you'll learn

  • How taboos and shame can delay treatment and impact your health
  • The surprising everyday habits that affect your pelvic floor
  • Why knowing your vagina and caring for it matters—and what you can do

  • Q&A time for all your un-Googleable questions

Fancy a drink or a flapjack? Grab one from the café and settle in — they're not included in your ticket but absolutely encouraged.
