We are delighted to invite you to join a consumer roundtable hosted by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) at LCVS.
This session will bring together consumer organisations from Liverpool for an open and constructive roundtable discussion with Sheree Howard, the FCA’s Executive Director of Authorisations.
The focus is on how regulation is working in practice for consumers and the organisations that support them, with a particular focus on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and wider consumer experiences in the region.
The FCA wants to hear directly from you about your experiences on the ground — this is a valuable opportunity to share your insights directly with them and help shape its focus on helping consumers. It will also be a chance to connect with peers and continue the conversation informally over refreshments.
Please note, there may be a journalist present for the networking part of the morning, however the roundtable itself will be closed to journalists so there will not be media presence during the roundtable discussion.
We very much hope you can join us for what promises to be a positive and impactful discussion.
