Come rock out with us at the RecRock February Half Term Rock School 2026!
Join us at Y Banc, Caerphilly for a week of musical fun and learning. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our workshops cater to all levels.
The project is for young people aged 12-18 years old who have an interest in music. We are looking for singers, songwriters, drummers, guitarists, keyboard players, anyone who wants to make friends and improve their music skills.
Young people will learn how to use a sound desk, how to use digital photography and social media as well as rehearsing in bands.
No experience is necessary, anyone can attend the only thing required is a can do attitude. Our courses are ideal for young people who want to improve their confidence, and perform on stage for the first time.
The week will work towards a sharing event for family and friends to come along and see/listen to what the young people have created over the week!
The course is FREE, however there are limited spaces so please get in touch to book your place on the course.
If you are older than 18 and want to volunteer, please get in touch. The activities we are running are suitable for children in comprehensive school but we're always on the look out for volunteers to help and we also have lots other classes suitable for adults which we can send you the details for.
