February sound bath

Jubilee HallBierton, England
Sunday, Feb 22 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm GMT
Overview

A opportunity to slow down and let sound breeze over you.

At Solbrisa Sound Sanctuary, our sound baths are an invitation to slow down and return to yourself.

You’ll be guided into rest as gentle waves of sound flow through the space, created using carefully chosen instruments designed to soothe the mind and body. Like a soft sea breeze, the vibrations help quiet mental chatter, release tension, and support deep relaxation.

Each session is a sanctuary — a pause from daily life — where you are held in sound, stillness, and ease. No experience is needed. Simply arrive as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are immersed in calming sounds and vibrations.

During a sound bath, you lie down or sit comfortably while instruments such as crystal singing bowls,Himalayan singing bowl, gong and therapeutic percussion are played. The sounds are layered and sustained, creating waves of vibration that help the body and mind slow down.

You don’t need to do anything — there’s no movement, talking, or effort. The intention is simply to rest and receive as the sound “bathes” you, much like being surrounded by water or a gentle breeze.

Many people experience:

🌸Deep relaxation and stress relief

🌸A quieter mind and nervous system calm

🌸Improved sleep and clarity

🌸Emotional release or a sense of grounding

🌸A feeling of renewal and balance

Sound baths are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike and are often used to support wellbeing, rest, and gentle healing.
