Feel Like You is a relaxed, energising evening for women who are busy, capable, and often last on their own list.
This is not a makeover night or a self-love lecture. It’s a chance to switch off from the day, enjoy yourself, and reconnect with who you are – without pressure, fixing, or performing.
Come on your own or bring a friend. There’s no expectation to share. Just space to unwind, feel good, and leave feeling more like yourself.
Part One – with Jen
The first half of the evening is a calm, reflective session exploring what self-respect really looks like in everyday life. We’ll talk about body respect (not body positivity), self-compassion, and how the way you treat your body shapes how you feel in it. There will be gentle reflection and a simple activity to help you notice patterns and take something meaningful away.
Part Two – with Sarah, Personal Stylist from With Style
The second half is playful, practical, and confidence-boosting. Sarah will guide you through colour, body shape, and personal style in a way that feels accessible and fun. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what suits you, receive your own digital colour palette to keep, and leave with practical insight you can actually use when getting dressed. You’ll also receive an exclusive discount towards future styling services.
Prosecco on arrival and a goodie bag are included, so you can relax, settle in, and enjoy the evening from the moment you arrive.
This evening is also a fundraiser for Body. Brain. Belief CIC, supporting our work to provide accessible, community-based wellbeing sessions for women who may not otherwise be able to access support. By coming along, you’re not only doing something good for yourself – you’re helping make this work possible for others too.
