What is this workshop about?

This is a gentle workshop for anyone who feels stuck in an unhealthy cycle, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and is ready to create clarity and movement from within. You'll explore what’s been holding you back and how to release it safely and intentionally in the here and now.

We’ll work with both the mind and body (i.e. somatic), combining:

  • MINDSET COACHING & JOURNALLING
  • SOMATIC PRACTICES & NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
  • INNER CHILD HEALING
  • BREATHWORK


What you can expect:

1. Mindset & Journaling (first half – led by Patrycja):

  • A grounding mini-talk on what it really means to let go
  • Reflecting on stories, habits, or identities you’ve outgrown
  • Guided journaling to consciously release what no longer serves you
  • A future-focused exercise to clarify how you want to feel moving forward

This part is reflective, calming, and intentional, designed to help you pause, reset, and create inner space before stepping into what’s next.


2. Somatic Experience, Inner Child Healing & Breathwork (second half – led by Aliyah):

  • Taking a compassionate, trauma-informed lens, you'll understand how someo of your repeated patterns in adulthood are rootes in early experiences that have been stored in the nervous system.
  • Gentle somatic practices to reconnect to your body, restore safety and attune to your needs and feelngs to align with your authentic self.
  • Inner child healing in a supportive, grounded way
  • Guided visualisation meditation
  • Aliyah's unique Breathwork methodlogy that will meet your nervous system where it is and support energtic somatic releases, big or small, depending on what you actually need.

This work helps release stuck survival energy often underlying our unconscious patterns and repeated habits in adulthood, whilst supports emotional regulation, clarity, and self-trust to begin shifting long-held emotional & mental patterns.

According to the Chinese calendar, we are still in the Year of the Snake - a time of shedding, releasing, and preparing. In February, we move into the Year of the Horse, which represents movement and momentum. This workshop is an invitation to prepare the inner ground now, so you can move forward with more clarity, intention, and ease.

Together we’ll gently explore patterns that keep you stuck (such as people-pleasing, overworking, avoidance, self-sabotage), emotional triggers and nervous system responses, self-worth, and authentic expression, as well as why certain patterns repeat & and how to shift them with compassion and curiosity.

PLEASE NOTE: No sharing is required. You’re always welcome to share, but there is no pressure or expectation to do so.

Aliyah Ali is a Somatic Trauma Therapist, Coach, and Breathwork Practitioner who supports nervous system regulation and trauma-informed healing through body-based practices.

Patrycja Karas is a certified Life & Personal Development Coach focused on self-alignment, mindset, and personal growth. She creates safe, grounded spaces for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and intention.
