Description
Get ready for the final festival of the summer and raising money for charity at the same time! Only 3 days to go till a night of 3 live bands, a DJ set, well stocked bar and amazing prize draw!
Things to remember:
-
CASH – it is a CASH event only and there are no nearby cashpoint machines (as we are in the middle of a field). We will be attempting to use a card reader for this event, but we cannot guarantee it working, so just easier to bring the cash with you! Beer price will be £3/pint; cans £2.50
-
SENSIBLE SHOES – it is in a field and although we are undercover – it is still a field, so high heeled or beautifully adorned shoes not really recommended!
-
Bring ID if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 – valid ID is passport or Driving licence or valid Government issued ID – you must be over 18 to attend the event
-
Bring a jumper or warm clothing for later in the evening in case the temperature drops at night – we are in the countryside after all!
-
Be ready to have a good time!

FAQs
-
Please do not bring your own alcohol, as we will be selling it into the campsite and obviously at the main tent, and this is making money for the charity – no personal alcohol will be allowed into the main tent and searches will take place
-
The car park and the camp site are very close to one another and so you don’t have to walk miles between them!
-
You do not need to book a car parking space or a camping space – it is all free
-
Cars will not be allowed in the camping area. Camper vans are fine.
-
Catering at the main event will be from Mortimer Sausage Company, Miami Burger (vegan), Curry (meat and vegetarian options) and for the sweet tooth, crepes!
-
We are serving breakfast (bacon rolls, tea, coffee etc) in the morning, so you don’t need to bring anything to cook! Just remember to have enough money left over for it (it will still be cheap!)
-
Your sat nav should take you to the correct address (RG7 2LG) but if in doubt, follow the yellow AA signs that will be closer to the event in Silchester
-
All other T&C’s are on listed below
There will be catering on site. There is free parking, camping and toilets (no showers) on site and is all at owners risk.
