A day for you, true self care & nourishing. Between Christmas & NY, time to reflect, heal & call in transformation tenderly held, always.

Join us for a beautifully held self care day. Starting with Goddess Yoga (beginner level) to release the stresses and melt into a calmer space. Then following, a beautiful reflective journey of the woman - what it has meant to you, how you have been shaped by all previous versions of yourself, and what you would like to call in, as you continue your on your path. Then you will participate in a Reiki held ancestral and descendral yoni healing circle - a beautiful ceremony to be part of. There will be time to sit with what moves through you and then a shared lunch to nourish your body. In the afternoon, there will be a sacred cacao journey to explore Mama Cacao Spirit, succeeded by a deeply meditative descent into a sound bath journey to support your vibrational (and spiritual) realignment. All held in sacred community with women. This is an opportunity to open yourself to a deeper remembering of who we once were and how we might rise to stand in our power once again. A day for trust and opening. A day for restoration, nourishing and realignment. Places will be limited to serve those willing to take the path together.
