Fermentation Workshop: Prepare Your Own Probiotics

If you’d like to learn how to prepare your own probiotics, use them to ferment delicious foods, and discover how fermentation can help reduce inflammation and support natural detox, this workshop is for you!

Join experienced teacher Catalina Brumann for a hands-on session where you’ll:

  • Make your own kimchi, turmeric sauerkraut, kombucha, and water kefir
  • Learn how fermented foods support gut health and hormone balance
