Learn to make sauerkraut and kimchi in this hands-on fermentation workshop

Join us for an hands-on Fermentation Workshop and unlock the secrets to this ancient food preservation technique! Fermentation is not only a fantastic way to enhance the flavour of your food but also an excellent way to boost your health. Rich in probiotics, fermented foods promote gut health, aid digestion, and strengthen your immune system.

During the workshop, you’ll learn to make:

Sauerkraut

Kimchi

Brine Pickle

You’ll make and take home a jar of each, along with detailed recipes and instructions to ensure you can care for them as they ferment. More importantly, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to explore lacto-fermentation on your own and experiment with pickling just about anything.
