Fancy delving into the wonderful world of fermentation? In this packed evening, you'll learn how to make sourdough flatbreads, honey-fermented cherry jam, an oak-aged lacto-fermented summer chilli sauce, cultured butter and a refreshing probiotic elderflower fizz made with water kefir grains.

You get a taster of everything, I'll take you step-by-step on how to make all the dishes above, as well as giving you the basics so you can adapt the recipes with seasonal produce throughout the year and a print out of the recipes. You'll also get a pot of sourdough starter to take home, so you can whip up your own sourdough flatbreads straight away.
