COMMUNITY FERMENTATION WORKSHOP

with Linda North of The Green Nut

Booking essential – limited spaces!

Join us for a hands‑on fermentation workshop where you’ll learn the basics of preserving seasonal produce and supporting gut health — naturally. In this friendly, practical session, you’ll make three classic ferments: sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickled vegetables.

Fermented foods are enjoying a well‑deserved revival. They are delicious, deeply nourishing, and rich in beneficial bacteria that support your gut microbiome — which plays an important role in digestion, immunity, and even mood.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refresh your skills, this workshop will give you the confidence and know‑how to ferment at home.

This workshop is open to everyone — from the fermentation‑curious to seasoned food lovers. It’s a great opportunity to learn, connect, and take home something nourishing you’ve made yourself.
