We welcome you to try out our fabulous, friendly fermenting food workshop!


Have you every wanted sauerkraut, pickleor Kimchi readily available at home. Well now you can.


Ferementation is one of the oldest methods of food preservation and has many benefits including improving gut health. Learning to make your own is a fun and better value than buy from a shop and helps to reduce food waste.


Our professional chef, Clare Heal, will be on hand to support you. She's taught popular feremtations workshops at the Dusty Knuckle and the Garden Museum in London and full-day, field-to-ferment courses in Oxfordshire.


Bring your own jars (2 JARS MINIMUM, big or small, 500-750ml).

We ask you to bring your own jars (2 JARS MINIMUM, big or small, 500-750ml) to the workshop which you will be able to take home with your preserved goods.
