Fighting for life is a play by the renowned and award winning writer, Brian Daniels. Inspired by the experiences of the Findlay family it explores issues relating to end of life care. It is a powerful story about navigating systems, coping with the complex challenges that living with life-limiting illnesses bring, about the centrality of communication but above all it is a story about love, about family and about relationship. Whilst the story focuses on the experiences of the Findlay family in essence it is about the challenges we could all face in later lifes whether ourselves or in caring for older relatives.
Come to this moving play and be inspired.
The play is being performed at 2pm and 6pm on Monday 13th May in the Adelphi Room at the Crucible Theatre Sheffield. A panel discussion of the themes explored by the play will follow directly after each performance. Attendance is free of charge.
Refreshments will be available.
