Led by Marcello, head of wholesale and education at Mission Coffee Works and judge with the Specialty Coffee Association UK, you will learn how to brew great quality coffee using simple equipment.
The workshop will offer a combination of theory and hands-on learning and is aimed at all levels whether you're just starting your filter brewing journey or you've brewed 100 cups.
Course structure
- Theory of processing, grind size, and water impact on brew
- Step by step guides on how to correctly brew using methods, including V60, caffetiere, and AeroPress, based on your preference and choice.
- Practical guidance and support from our experienced specialist
