Finance for Non-Financial Folk

Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed and unsure when it comes to your business finances?

Do you want to take control and make informed decisions that will help you to drive growth and success?

It’s never too late to learn new skills, especially when it comes to managing your business finances.

This session is designed to empower non-finance managers to confidently understand and navigate financial information, contribute to strategic planning, and enhance overall business performance.

Our experienced tutor Paula Watson will guide you through the language of financial statements and help you understand key concepts. We will explore cash flow and the management of it and talk about budgets and how to manage them effectively.

In a relaxed environment the aim is to make finance easy to understand so you can focus on what you do best – running your business.
