Terms and Conditions

The preferred way to book a North Devon+ training course is online through Eventbrite, available from our website http://www.northdevonplus.com but events can be booked by email,  by telephone or in writing.  Any of these form a binding contract between yourself and North Devon+.  

Full payment is required at the time of booking and can be made by credit card, cheque or BACS (with prior agreement). Please make all cheques payable to North Devon+.  If the course is imminent it may be possible to bring payment to the course subject to prior agreement by North Devon+.  The cancellation rates still apply. 

Please let us know if you would like to substitute an alternative delegate from the same business, this can be made at anytime without incurring a penalty.

All cancellations must be made in writing by either

1. 1.     email to both LHamdi@northdevonplus.co.uk and info@northdevonplus.co.uk  or
2. 2.      in writing to North Devon+, Caddsdown Business Support Centre, Caddsdown Industrial Park, Clovelly Road, Bideford EX39 3DX.

If the cancellation is received more than 10 working days prior to the start of the course a 50% cancellation fee is charged unless we can re-sell the course place when a £10 administration fee will be retained. Any refunds will be made within 7 working days from the date of the course.  If the booking is cancelled 10 working days or less prior to the start of the course or the delegate does not attend, the full course fee must be paid.

North Devon+ reserves the right to cancel or change the published dates and venues without liability. North Devon+ will aim to source an alternative but in the event that an alternative cannot be provided any course fees will be refunded in full.

In the unusual circumstance where a trainer is unable to deliver an agreed course we endeavour to source a suitable replacement trainer, either from the same company or a trainer of similar calibre, knowledge and experience. 

If a delegate wishes to transfer to another course or date we will try to accommodate this wherever possible.  If 10 working days or less notice is given a 30% transfer fee is applicable unless we can re-sell the course place. If the transfer is requested more than 10 working days before the course date there will be no transfer fee.   

Venues – we endeavour to choose the most suitable venue for the course based on access, course content and overall suitability.  The venue and trainer are responsible for safety on the day.  If you have any concerns please let them know at the time.  If not resolved please let North Devon+ know.
