This interactive bitesize session will support you to create a financial wellbeing plan.

People talk about the cost-of-living a lot these days. But what does it really mean to you? How are you coping? What's your relationship with money? Some people have had to get a second job to make ends meet, but how does that effect our relationships with loved ones and our own emotion state of mind?Having a financial pressure on us to bring in the money, can have a serious and potential life-threatening situation.Your finance wellbeing is about feeling as comfortable as you can about money and in control of your financial position. It means having the knowledge and confidence to make the most of your money – daily and through planned and unplanned events. What do you do already? Do you check your bank account every day, every month or when the statement comes through? Do you have a credit card, store cards, loans? The list can go on. I'm not here to judge or to wave a magic wand, but I am here to support you to get the help and support you need to move forward with your wellbeing and money. In this interactive 30 minute session, you will start to create a plan of your own financial wellbeing. It's then over to you to implement it. Join me, to help yourself to change your financial wellbeing. Tracey Palmer-Hole has over 25 years’ experience in HR, Training and Development. She is passionate about people and their wellbeing. Tracey combines her experience and knowledge to support others.
