Financialisation: in search of some much needed coherence in its operationalisation

Mentions of financialisation have increased dramatically since 2008, within both the academic literatures and the mainstream press. However, what has been largely lacking to date is agreement as to what financialisation actually is, something to be addressed in this workshop, focusing largely on the non-financial corporation (NFC).
As discussion of financialisation has spread across many academic disciplines, this is reflected in our confirmed line-up of exciting speakers in the agenda below. 
We also welcome additional workshop participants from academia or industry with interest in discussing financialisation and its relationship to non-financial corporations.
