Notion Capital and Project A Ventures

Equity financing, convertible loan notes, venture debt financing and working capital credit lines. These are the different financing options for Series A & B stage companies. But when is best to use each type of financing?
In this 1.5 hour workshop we will cover the basics of these financial products briefly with an emphasis on making you an expert in choosing the right product for your situation and negotiating terms. 
We will cover the different financial products, walk you through case studies and offer AMA sessions with later stage entrepreneurs and finance professionals who made the decision between equity/debt/both.
This workshop is organised by:

-> Daniel Bull from Columbia Lake Partners (www.clpgrowth.com), a highly regarded venture debt provider 
To be relevant, this workshop is only for start-ups with at least $20k MRR with a software license revenue model.
