During this 1 hour session your current padel skills and level will be assessed by a qualified padel expert and improved with 1 hour of learning and practicing on important padel techniques, body moves on court, racket grip, shot placement and body positioning
During the 1 hour time you will also be able to try to execute, in a practical match 2 against 2, what you have learnt in order to help you memorizing it
