<P><SPAN>Following the voice session, last month Voice and Executive Coach Susan Room (Dramatically Different) will proceed to run the second session focused on Body language and content. We run this session in November and attendees agreed to be a roaring success. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>The second 90-minute masterclass will start with a recap of what we did in the previous one, and then focus on content, body language, and facial and hand gestures. You’ll learn how to engage and connect with your listener/s, whether speaking face-to-face, by Skype or by telephone.</SPAN></P>

<DIV><SPAN>Susan is currently preparing a Masters in <SPAN CLASS="il">Voice</SPAN> Studies at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She is<SPAN> </SPAN>a member of the International Coach Federation, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
