Heart Centre

Welcome to a day looking at finding joy, your inner superhero and different ways of looking after yourself. In our program we have have talks, workshops and activities for a variety of ages, families and teenagers are welcome! Tickets are donation, pay what you can. We want this event to be open to all, if you are unable to pay you are still welcome. Kinder Leeds is not-for-profit and all donations go towards event costs and future events. A﻿ bit more about some of the workshops: Indra Singh&#x27;s workshop: During our time together, we explore the six keys to self-appreciation and self-discovery through movement and stillness. Taken from Indra&#x27;s Activity book My Best Friend&#x27;s a Super Hero and in-depth children&#x27;s online program The Six Keys To Your Super Hero self. We will explore how it feels to move in our bodies from the inside out and sometimes upside down. Get confident with who we are and get to know our wonderful selves even better.This course was created to help build a child&#x27;s: Trust, Confidence, Self Worth, Courage, Communication, Intuition , The ability to speak the truth, Hold boundaries, and ultimately acknowledge their internal Super Powers so they can shine their light into the world, with no apology.&#x27;It&#x27;s only by watering your own seed of happiness that you become a sunflower&#x27;M﻿att Wilson&#x27;s Worksop: Matt Wilson is a superhero finder personal trainer, life coach and public speaker. His mission is to show you just how powerful you are and why you are always more than enough. As a competitive strongman, he has a good handle on the power of physical strength but believes the mind and learning to work with it holds something quite spectacular within. His workshop is designed to discuss just what superpowers you possess. You will learn exactly how to identify those powers and use them to reframe your life in a way that serves you and those you love.S﻿wan Song project :At The Swan Song Project we know how powerful music can be, and how 1 song can bring back 1000 memories.Our Music and Memories sessions are a chance for you to share a special song and those precious memories with others. Simply request what song you would like, the group will listen to it together and you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts or memories associated with it. This may be a song that reminds you of a loved one, of a particular time in your life or is dedicated to someone you have lost.Leeds Developing ﻿Education Centre Exhibition - Local People, Global Stories through this work, learn why people migrate, discover the diversity of the migration experience and explore personal stories shared by Yorkshire residents. This work challenges us to look at our own unconscious bias.
