This workshop is for you if you want to find a way back to living your life in and with Love; a way back to your Heart.

Soul Shine Wellbeing Space - Dance Retreats Arts/Crafts Meditation/Mindfulness Therapies

This Workshop will help you to reconnect with your heart and release fears, beliefs and patterns that prevent you from loving yourself and others.Get your ticket for a small donation (suggested: £10) and give some more (what you felt it was worth to you) after the workshop.Silvia will be applying Mindfulness (guided meditation), group sharing (voluntary), Family Constellations*, exercises in small groups and her coaching skills.*Family Constellations is a tool for self inquiry which enables you to understand what holds you back and what heals.We'll explore these questions:<ul><li>How do we recognise Love?</li><li>What lies in the way of our path to Love?</li><li>Are we happy to give?</li><li>When do we lose ourselves in Love?</li><li>Are we allowed to claim Love?</li><li>Can we expect Love?</li></ul><h3>"With regard to Love we’re always at the beginning, and we never know everything.</h3><h3>Silvia Siret"</h3>The day will be structured in this way:09:45 – 10:00 – Meet and greet with a cuppa and a biscuit10:00 – 10:30 – Sit in circle, introductions, sharing10:30 – 11:30 – Dialogue about above questions11:30 – 13:00 – We’ll look into a participant’s love issue13:00 – 13:45 – Lunch Break13:30 – 17:00 – More of the same as aboveThe tools I’m applying are<ul><li>Guided meditation / mindfulness exercises</li><li>Movement</li><li>Dialogue according to Bohm</li><li>Systemic Constellation Work (Family Constellations)</li><li>Coaching</li></ul>Silvia has been facilitating group workshops since 2006 and is known to hold safe spaces.These kinds of group experiences always create a sense of awe, bonding, support and hope, as well as the understanding that we all have things in common. Whenever we explore into someone’s issue together, it feels like a huge gift to the rest of us, as we learn so much from each other.When you enter Vicky Rainbow's Soul Shine Wellbeing Space in the beautiful market town Abingdon-on-Thames, you will immediately feel welcome and enveloped by positivity.You can expect to <ul><li>be able to share what your experience with love has been;</li><li>be able to express what you want with regard to Love;</li><li>get an understanding of how to get the flow of Love going;</li><li>dive as much or as little as you wish into your psyche;</li><li>find ways of moving towards Love.</li></ul>You're likely to take away<ul><li>a clearer sense of where you are and where you want to go;</li><li>deeper understanding of what is in the way of moving towards Love;</li><li>a wider perspective of yourself within your world and relationships;</li><li>an insight into the power of systemic work.</li></ul>Silvia is an experienced group facilitator with a passion for creating spaces that enable people to shed layers of skin that have become too tight for them.
