A﻿ Talk by Dave Stones entitled 'Finding Peace within a Troubled World - A Buddhist Approach' Dave will be leading 2 short meditations as part of the event and there will be the opportunity to chat afterwards for those that wish to with a cuppa &amp; some cake.This is a free event, designed to create the opportunity for those that might wish to take part in meditation, perhaps for the first time &amp; learn something more about the Buddhist approach. The event is in support of the Suicide Bereavement Society and the current exhibition that we are running at Upfront gallery as a fund raiser for the Charity, any donations for SBS will be greatly received on the evening. But the key objective is to create space and an opportunity for people to experience and learn more about meditation.
