What if I can’t make a session?

Sessions aren’t recorded, to preserve group confidentiality. But you’ll receive notes and resources from the session, and you can always book a 30-minute 1:1 catch-up session at a special course rate of £50.

This course is open to all, and especially resonates with those navigating change — whether that’s related to life stage, work, relationships or personal growth. It’s a warm and supportive space to explore the inner work that helps us show up more fully in the outer world.
