Finding time for you workshop

Our programme for 2023 and 2024 aims to increase confidence, resilience, wellbeing and leadership skills via subsidised coaching sessions and professional development workshops for those working in third sector organisation.We have programmed two workshops, One on 'Finding time for you' and one on 'Reducing Overwhelm' as part of this programme of support.We have secured funds from Awards for All to provide twenty people working in the community/third sector, five subsidised coaching sessions each.  These coaching sessions have been held between Dec 2023 and September 2024. The application process for this scheme has now closed for the coaching sessions.​We have prioritised women age 40 plus with additional mental health issue/health conditions, peri/menopausal symptoms and/or caring responsibilities, and/or facing discrimination.

Prioritise ‘you time’ and learn how to balance your time with other peoples demands to be happier and healthier

Community Base

Do you run out of time for yourself and find it impossible to prioritise ‘you time’? This fun, 2 hour workshop will look at some great tools enabling you to: balance ‘you time’ with other people’s needs &amp; demands, learn to say no, set clear boundaries, prioritise your wellbeing and become happier and healthier by putting these tools into action!Through a variety of fun and absorbing exercises, you will learn useful tools &amp; strategies to prioritise your wellbeing and to create boundaries.By the end of the workshop, you will have practical tools to practice a more balanced approach to the competing demands of life and will leave feeling focused and inspired
