RESILIENT FRONTLINE IS OUR CURRENT PROGRAMME WHICH STARTED IN APRIL 2022. RESILIENT FRONTLINE AIMS TO INCREASE CONFIDENCE, RESILIENCE, WELLBEING & LEADERSHIP SKILLS VIA SUBSIDISED COACHING SESSIONS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS.
THIS PROGRAMME IS FOR THOSE WORKING IN THIRD SECTOR ORGANISATIONS BASED IN BRIGHTON AND HOVE.
WE RECOGNISE THAT COVID 19 HAS INCREASED WORKLOAD, REDUCED SUPPORT AND INCREASED MENTAL STRESS. WE WANT TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO SUPPORT OTHERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO FACE ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DISCRIMINATION ON TOP OF THEIR WORKPLACE PRESSURES. BY PROVIDING COACHING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS WE AIM TO STRENGTHEN LEADERSHIP SKILLS, INCREASE RESILIENCE AND SUPPORT SECTOR DIVERSITY
We know the difference coaching can make to hard pressed third sector staff. Coaching provides a safe space in which to unpack feelings, reflect and identify next steps. Coaching can support you in your role and give you the tools and strategies to deal with stress, increase your resilience, support your mental health and help you deal with the challenges you face.
Which is why we have secured funds from Awards for All to provide twenty people working in the community/third sector
