Join Charlie Dark, Run Dem Crew and Self Space, on Thursday 23rd April at One Hundred Shoreditch for an evening dedicated to the inner work of marathon running. Not splits, not strategy, but the deeper stuff. Why you started. What this race actually means to you. And how to hold that tightly on the miles when your body is battling with your brain.
We'll head out together for a community run through Shoreditch, then return for a 45-minute workshop and conversation with Charlie Dark and Self Space therapists. Together we'll explore how to connect to your why and the real reason you signed up, so that whatever Sunday brings, you can celebrate getting yourself there in the first place. A PB is one kind of success. But remembering what moved you to run in the first place. That's another kind entirely.
