A UK-China FinTech round table discussing the potential for FinTech collaboration between the UK and China

COVID-19 has increased the prioritisation of Financial Technology (FinTech), however it has also posed a number of key challenges: Who owns the data? How do we embrace Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)? What are the key factors for building strong FinTech ecosystems? This online discussion will look into these questions to explore potential China-UK collaboration in FinTech. Entrepreneurs and scholars from the University of Glasgow&#x27;s Adam Smith Business School, Zhejiang University International Business School and FinTech Scotland will exchange ideas and draw insights into effective approaches to overcoming challenges.
