In this immersive session, you’ll be guided through a shamanic journey woven with movement, rhythm, and embodied ritual. Fire in the Bones invites you to awaken the primal life force that lives within — the fire of transformation, vitality, and deep remembering.

Through guided movement, breath, and journeying practices, we’ll explore:

• Reconnecting with the wisdom held in the body and bones
• Releasing what no longer serves through embodied ritual
• Awakening the creative and healing fire within
• Moving with Spirit — rather than for performance or form

This is not a dance class. It is a ceremonial space for movement as medicine — where each gesture becomes a prayer, and each breath an offering.

No previous experience in movement or shamanic practice is needed. All are welcome who wish to explore the body as a sacred vessel of transformation.

Rebecca is a qualified Art Psychotherapist , Shamanic Energy practitioner ,Reiki Healer & Medicine Woman. Her journey began in 2012 helping people use art to support their emotional, physical wellbeing and mental health, developing her practice and advancing into spiritual healing.
