Receive training and walk over red-hot embers

Receive training to walk barefoot over a bed of red-hot embers. ‘Walking fire’ is a powerful  metaphor for overcoming fear, testing faith, or personal empowerment. Participants describe  the sensation as walking on eggshells or hot sand, due to the embers’ heat-conductivity and the  practice of MENTAL FOCUS.  

With expert guidance you will learn acclimiatisation and breath-work to support a safe metabolic state. The process will help you to stabilise yuor nervous system through body temperature control whlst subjected to extreme hot conditions.

To  raise funds for your charity or cause, we will provide a sponsorship  form upon registration. Or, you can simply choose to come along  without sponsorship and test your level of endurance with others as a participant.
