Croydon Voluntary Action

<P>Would your group, volunteers or community have the skills to cope in a crisis?</P>
<P>Croydon Voluntary Action is delighted to be hosting one of the British Red Cross sessions for organisations and community groups supporting people who are at risk and who would have the greatest impact from a first aid intervention.  This course covers all the general aspects of First Aid, but it is particularly suitable for groups supporting the elderly a<SPAN>nd homeless.</SPAN></P>
<P>The tailored first aid session will provide you with the skills and confidence to help in a first aid emergency.</P>

<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">CVA takes photographs at training and events which are used for publicity and monitoring purposes including social media, our website, and annual report. Please let your trainer know if you do not want to be photographed, or if you have any concerns regarding this.</SPAN></H4>

<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">i) Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the training course (14 days for Safeguarding training) will be refunded 100% of the original cost of the booking.</SPAN></H4>
<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">ii) Cancellations made within 7 days of the training course (14 days for Safeguarding training) will not be refunded.</SPAN></H4>
<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">iii) If a training course is cancelled by Croydon Voluntary Action, for any reason, a 100% refund will be given to all trainees.</SPAN></H4>
<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">iv) Any offers or deals on Croydon Voluntary Action training courses are subject to change or expiration. In some cases, notice of this will be given but not in all cases. Any changes or updates to terms or conditions will not affect the terms and conditions under which you made your purchase.</SPAN></H4>
