Time - Arrival from 0905-0915. Course starts at 0930. Course ends approx 1430.
Strictly no admittance to the course after 0915. If you arrive after this time you will not be allowed to join the course and will still be charged for the place. You will need to rebook on a later date.
Parking - Parking is available at Brandon Club.
Please park around the corner in the carpark of BRANDON CLUB, Memorial, Brandon, Coventry CV8 3HW. Follow the one-way road around, turning left at the bus stop.
Trainer - Learn2 Group
Breaks will be arranged by the trainer during the session. You will need to bring your own drink(s) with you and also a pen and paper.
Some of the assessment is carried out on a mannekin on the floor, so please advise us if this could be a problem for you.
ID - You are required to bring photographic ID and must show it to the trainer when signing in. Failure to bring ID will mean you will not be permitted to attend the course and will have to re-book. You will still be charged.
Communication - the course will be conducted in written and spoken English. Members of staff will be required to participate fully in the session.
Mobile Phones - Please switch all mobiles phones off or place on silent for the duration of the course.
Smoking - No smoking policy in place
