First Response Practical (old module 10b)

This short session is for those who have already completed the First response Learning (old module 10a) or need to demonstrate child CPR

Just turn up - there are no fixed slots so you may have to wait a short time. The actual validation only takes around 15 minutes or so.

You MUST have completed First Aid Learning (10a) by undertaking both the Independent Learning hosted by Hampshire Scouts and the facilitated Teams session before validating the First Aid Practical (10b).

You will demonstrate (or instruct a trainer) your skill in performing and your knowledge of

a) Approach and assessment of a scenario

b) CPR for an adult

c) CPR for a child

Alternatively, you may have completed an external course and need to demonstrate child CPR.
