Fit2Beat

On Saturday 5th August 2017 we invite you to our inaugural fitness event. It’s a party! Join us as we present Fit2Beat – a night of fitness and fun exclusively for the woman in you. No need to be body conscious or worry about the hair. Make-up doesn’t have to be on point, as we will be sweating it away to the sounds of House, Afro Beats, R&B and more! There will be six sets; each lasting a sweatilicious 30 minutes with breaks in between when our popular DJ will be spinning on the decks. Choose whichever set tickles your fancy and rest during the ones that don’t as you enjoy one of our freshly made, energy boosting smoothies at the bar.  There will be prizes and surprises, raffles and giveaways.
The Instructors
Our instructors come with a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and experience in teaching dance in their specific genre. All have been fully vetted by company founders Yehnine Gayle and Mikki Barrett who together have 20 plus years in the business.
So come on down to this centrally located, state of the art facility and dance to the beats with Fit2Beat!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You need to be over 16 years of age.
 
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is onsite parking at a cost however, neighbouring roads will be free. Kennington is served by bus and tube, nearest station is Oval.
 
Are there any cash machines on site?
No. It is a cash only bar.
 
Can I pay on the door?  
No. This is a ticket only event.
